YHI Management Limited is an Exclusive Estate & Facilities Manager of YHI (MENA) which is co-appointed by YHI Global and YuHao Group. The purpose of YHI Management is in execution the mission, value, and vision of the Corporate Culture of the Theme-Based Comprehensive Development (TBCD) of ZhaoQing Parkside Phase 2.

The business nature of YHI Management provides exclusive Estate & Facilities management of three main sectors YHI Herbal IP Expo Centre, YHI Chinese Medicine Civilization Renaissance Museum and YHI Herbal Innovation Apartment, it is scheduled to provide 1500 units leasing apartments scheduled for December 2024. On the other hands, YHI Management provides facilities management of substantial business include YHI Herbal Club, YHI Registration and Arbitrator Institute, YHI Green Lane Garden.

Recently, the two projects are YHI Herbal IP Expo Centre and YHI CMCR. Which address in the Art Centre of the ZhaoQing Parkside Phase 1.

The facilities of YHI Herbal IP Expo Centre are planned to be expanded to ZhaoQing Parkside phase 2 in December 2024 and subject to its completion being delivered, such as leasing apartment, hotel, podium, car park modified with the international standard project. During the outbreak of COVID- 19, there was a risk occurred in breakdown because of travel restriction for community security. The corporation design a new service apartment with the concepts of work from home and anti-work breakdown.
